Staff, faculty lauded at annual āCheers for Peersā
¾«¶«“«Ć½ employees were celebrated during the annual āCheers for Peersā staff award event.
Chapin Auditorium was buzzing with excitement on May 9 as employees of ¾«¶«“«Ć½ gathered to celebrate each other during the annual āCheers for Peersā staff award event.
The event honored 116 employees with milestone anniversaries, as well as those who were nominated by their colleagues for Mary Lyon Awards for leadership and Trailblazer Awards.
āTime and time again, MHC employees demonstrate their high performance in their roles, commitment to the work of the College, and passion to make the world a better place,ā said Jake Toomey, associate vice president for Human Resources. āThe exceptional contributions and service of its employees is what has helped define ¾«¶«“«Ć½ as a renowned and leading education institution. The Cheers for Peers event is one way we recognize and celebrate the College's dedicated and hardworking people who make Mount Holyoke the amazing place that it is.ā
